Inspired by the Golden Menorah that stood in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem made by Moses. I painted it while preparing for the Chanukah holiday and during the eight days of celebrating. The miracle, the spreading of the light, the smell of olive oil in the air, All this brought many feelings that were expressed on the canvas. Rich deep dark background with hues of black gold and silver textured paint adds strength and power to the golden silvery elegant menorah enhanced .
